When we moved to the Bay Area, we were given a handful of names of contractors. From the moment we reached out, Dan Nordin and his team went above and beyond — most importantly they are responsive and straightforward. Dan previewed a few homes we were considering purchasing and then introduced us to an architect to help stage the projects. We used Nordin Builders for a fairly substantial remodel last year. We would not only recommend them, we would use them again ourselves. Dan, his sons, his project manager Tim, and his staff are all nice, and do an amazing job. Dan’s team of key people is small, but great to work with. That said, our project was not within the time estimate, although that was not all Dan’s fault.
