After being shocked at the cost of replacement windows, talking with the "big boys" in the industry, Nordik came in with a much more acceptable estimate. The beginning of the process was good, but it started to fall apart when I asked about seeing color samples for the window material. The SINGLE WORST consumer experience I’ve ever had. Ordered a new custom sliding door back in October with the timeframe of delivery set for March/April. Didn’t get it installed until June. Before they came the door was not delivered twice for either installer issues or no show and failure to give me notice. The door was put in the wrong way instead of how I initially requested, therefore, I had them leave the door and put in an order for a replacement with the correct opening (left to right). Good Job done by installors.
Paid $950 up front and 3 weeks later, 2 days before scheduled appointment, I get a call saying the company has decided to stop doing business in the Boston area. Valuable time lost now that the cold weather is here and the door needs replacing. You would think the company would at least honor existing contracts before pulling all operations. Very disappointed.
Ordered back in June, They called me on 9-27 and stated they are no longer working in the USA. What a horrible company.
