Several years ago we had our sliding doors replaced by Nordik and we still love them. The team was so professional. Now we are getting 7 windows and a door with a sidelight replaced. I will let you know how it went when finished. Our sales rep was Peter L. and he was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful with no pressure tactics. We would definately recommend him to talk to. From the start I have had the worst experience from this company, started with sales man promising the world to 3 installs because they couldn't measure the correct sizes to paying my energy audit upfront and not being reimbursed as per our contract. Stay far far away from this company the nice windows are not worth the headache!!
Hello All, I just wanted to share my experiences about the after install Service. IT SUCKS. I've been waiting over a year for a set of leavers for my patio doors. It's been so long, that according to the Service Manager in Barrie, they don't make that colour anymore. I think they are hoping I forget about the leavers, because they never follow up with me. Damir and his team did a fantastic job - the windows look amazing and they were professional and courteous. Damir took the time to show how the windows worked, and when one didn't open as well as he thought it should, he fixed it right away.
