Damir, Artyom and Ilya did an amazing job installing a door, a bay window, big front window and 11 other windows in our house. Consummate professionals that worked efficiently and installed great craftsmanship products with expertise. They even were able to preserve our original trim for the interior. Richard and the office were also prompt and helpful helping us through the greener homes loan process and explained the process and product thoroughly. A++ work, will recommend to friends and family as well.
Peter our Representative was thoroughly knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I felt entirely confident in our decision-making and trusting Nordik with our window project. Looking forward to seeing the new windows.
Nordik completed the project today at my Waterloo home. Suhrob and Izmir installed two exterior doors. They look FABULOUS. I wasn't aware that I had to be the one to purchase door knobs and dead bolts. Duh.. on my part.. but I'm sure somebody reading this could make that mistake so I thought it was worth noting. This is a 5-star company. I highly recommend them for both windows and doors!!
I will never recommended this company at all. They started out amazing great sales rep and the customer service was on the ball. Once my windows were in I had issues it took three attempts to fix the windows. In the meantime I could not get a hold of my sales rep. Later on I heard he retired and no one was checking his voicemail. Each time they tired to replace the windows they waited till they arrived at my house to advise that there was still issues with the window.
Small project of a replacement window and replacing a patio door with double doors. A competitor claimed that space was too small for double doors. Nordik was able to accommodate. James took the order and was knowledgeable and responsive. Delivery time was reasonable. Installation was punctual and efficient. Products appear to be airtight as far as we can test without having actual winter conditions. Our experience has been positive.
