Have had a few issues with my window and each time they send someone out I don't hear anything back about a resolution. Why bother sending someone out if they are just going to say they will give the info to the office and then nothing gets done to fix the issue?
Great service, they came back for a warranty replacement, everything went smoothly and a lot quicker than expected. George the installer was very efficient.

Nordik communicated with us at every step of the process, from Kate in sales, to the window installers everyone we interacted with was helpful and friendly. Our windows look so so good, we've even had multiple neighbours we've never talked to stop and comment on how great they look. Highly recommend.
