When I previewed the unit, it looked amazing. I moved in August of 2025, and the day after I got my keys, water was leaking from the roof into the ceiling of the apartment, causing paint to peel and fall, and for leaks to become apparent within the affected area. I went back and forth with management, who assured me that they were working as fast as they could to get someone to come and fix the roof. The issue wasn't fixed until Jan 2026. In the meantime, they painted over it. The apartments do have roaches in the walls, but... read more
Pretty great place to live! Maintenance staff is quick and knowledgeable, leasing office is very friendly and understanding. Awesome location directly across from a school and some stores, as well as being super close to downtown.
