Came out and said my txv was out, they wanted $2,500 to replace it. Charge was $550 for getting it checked.I called another company they came out fixed it and said it just leaked out the gas, they got it up and running in 1 hour. I told Nordic but they didn't care, will never use Nordic again.
Service real was above and beyond! They fixed our furnace (and fixed it quickly) when no one else could.
The tech was very professional and thorough. Filters were replaced. I think he was onsite for an hour. I remember paying a couple hundred dollars last year. When the scheduler called I assumed the price would be similar, it would have been nice to know the price when scheduling. I will probably do the maintenance myself moving forward or get quotes.
Good prompt service
Excellent product. Outstanding customer service!!! All the way across the board from the front office staff to the sale staff to the installers. Everyone was just top-notch. Super pleased with the entire experience. I wish I could give Nordic more than 5 stars.
