This past summer part of the building wasn't cooling. They sent out a maintenance tech to "check" the thermostat settings. I was told that inspite of all the various setting options that the heat exchangers work most efficiently if you just set it and forget it. So that's what I did. Called Noric Temperature control to have my system broken down and stored while repairs are being made on my main structure. Made the appointment, they showed up on time did exactly what I needed them to do. When I get my construction complete. I’ll call them back and have them reinstall the system. It’s a great company to Work with. Would highly recommend them for your heating and air conditioning needs.
