From being to the finish of our project the folks at Nordic were friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to explain in detail each step of removing and replacing our wornout heatpump. The way that the crew handled the unique challenges of relocating the equipment to the opposite side of our house was impressive and very much appreciated. I am very pleased with the results, the overall experience and thank everyone involved for their advice and patience.
I paid thousands of dollars for a new gas heater and ac unit for my house. Over the last 4 years I have contacted them multiple times for check ups and got an answering machine or a phone service telling me that Kim would call me back. But the call back never happens. I ended up calling a different company to get my system checked. My ac unit was not blowing cold air.
