We purchased our first Big Green from Nordic Stove & Fireplace, and so far I am thrilled with it. It has been easy to use and the food has been amazing. Nordic Stove and Fireplace is fabulous! Super knowledgeable and helpful. If you're looking for stoves, fire pits, Green Egg grills, fireplace stuff, this is the place! They were so helpful in troubleshooting a problem we had. Remember when great customer service wasn't so unusual? Love this place!
What a great experience and wonderful customer service. From choosing the fireplace doors, to the installation, the entire process was flawless. Our expectations were greatly exceeded when Scott gave us a fireplace screen to use while we waited for our new doors to be manufactured. Great people, great business!
