Not great if you have children and not very much outdoor space.It often takes a week or more for maintenance and the manager susan never actually cleans the playground or even pays someone else to clean it. Would not recommend if you have children.
No save no security, my son’s bike was stolen few days ago.
With the cost of rent in Lynnwood going through the roof we were able to find Nordic Pines to be our new place. Although it is old you don't get charged all the fees other places charge. We get two parking spaces, no charge, no monthly pet rent, no charge for water sewer garbage. With that said yes there are some downfalls like the baseboard heating. But all in all location location location and for price we are at peace.
