I came here for a pickup for the first time, and my experience was excellent. They only load one truck at a time. If you need overnight parking, there’s a gas station directly across the street that can easily fit 10–12 trucks. One important thing to note: you’ll have to blindside/back into the dock directly from the main road, as there isn't much space at the front gate. However, the staff is super helpful—they guide you while backing up and even hold off traffic until your truck is safely parked inside. Highly recommended!

Made an order well in advance of me needing the materials. Let them know when I wanted to pick my order up. Paid a deposit. They let me know within a few days that my order was ready. When I went to go pick the order up and after it was mostly loaded I was informed they gave away my mesh to another order. They said it might be up to a week and a half till it was back in stock.
