Can only park in front of buisness when closed. Was told neighborhood open trailers parked if not locked. The gate opens at 6am by security. Emploees start work at 8am. Unload & departed by 10:40am. Lumber fee of $310 for entire trailer they utility a link to your phone. Professional & pleasant.
I arrived at 9:20 AM for my 11:00 AM appointment and was able to get a door right away at 10:45 AM. The unloading was completed, and the people working here are quite pleasant.
Please don’t be in no type of hurry here. You got multiple trucks outside, and all the dock works standing around. No need to stop at the guard shack, nobody is there. Depending on which side frozen or refrigeration, been inside the shipping and receiving for 20 mins and finally somebody shows up. It’s easy to miss the place, once you turn on Empire it’s about an half of mile on left
