I can’t say enough about the Maintenance Department at Nordhaus. The entire team, Shaun, Adam and Chuck are so kind, efficient and professional. We trust them completely to enter our apartment if we are not home. It is a great feeling to know that they will take care of any issue we may have, and leave our place locked up, and in great condition.
I lived here for nearly 5 years. I loved NordHaus when I first moved in in 2020 but ultimately decided to move out this year. The amenity deck was my favorite part of living here - really spacious with a great pool/hot tub, grills, etc and well maintained. Building management was also easy to work with for the most part and maintenance requests were always actioned on quickly with an incredibly helpful staff. This place is terrible. The new managment is the worst I have ever seen and so rude. I have lived here for several years and used to like it. Everything has gone so downhill. Now I am leaving and never looking back. @ amanda
Horrible!!! The outside grills have mice living in them and Managment does nothing. The Managment here has been the worst to deal with in my whole life of renting!!
Great place and amenities, always clean, courteous staff, good communication with management and concierges
