Great place and amenities, always clean, courteous staff, good communication with management and concierges
$90 parking ticket from parking recovery services with no way to contest.
Please don't move here. They have all these shiny things and then half of it is broken or always closed. Plus the management will be rude to your face for asking questions.

I’ve lived at NordHaus for over three years now. The building offers amazing amenities, and the community is very friendly and welcoming. The current management team has been doing a great job running the building, and communication with them has always been easy and responsive.
