I’ve lived at NordHaus for over three years now. The building offers amazing amenities, and the community is very friendly and welcoming. The current management team has been doing a great job running the building, and communication with them has always been easy and responsive. Shannon H. and Amanda S. were especially helpful during my unit transfer — they made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Belnany gave us a great tour! We toured a total of 3 different apartment complexes that day and for sure got the best experience with Belnany. She answered all of our questions, never rushed us, and gave us multiple options to choose from! We look forward to living here!!
Unfortunately the parking ramp in this building ruins it. Avoid parking here at all costs. Apartments are beautiful, but you will get slaughtered by random parking fines in their own ramp.
We had a tour with Bell on Saturday morning - she was so sweet and answered all of our questions! The apartment has everything you need and more & its in the best area of Northeast!
