I lived here for nearly 5 years. I loved NordHaus when I first moved in in 2020 but ultimately decided to move out this year. The amenity deck was my favorite part of living here - really spacious with a great pool/hot tub, grills, etc and well maintained. Building management was also easy to work with for the most part and maintenance requests were always actioned on quickly with an incredibly helpful staff. * Update 7/20/26* *this was originally posted nearly 2 years ago* I've been a NordHaus resident for about 9 months now. In the first week there were some things that needed to be resolved ASAP - and that they were in addition to being very apologetic. Since then every expectation has been exceeded. I really didn't know my expectations going into apartment living as I've always owned before but with some life changes I decided to sell my house. We’ve lived in this apartment complex for over six years and have experienced multiple management companies. Unfortunately, the current management, which took over a couple of years ago, has been by far the most disappointing. The biggest issue is the complete lack of responsiveness and follow-through. They are polite when you bring up a concern, but almost nothing ever gets resolved.
