Terrible management of thieves I literally gave them 1 money order for $150 to hold the apartment upon being approved for an income driven apartment I also gave them a $60 money order for processing fee I didn't end up spending the $60 or so on getting copies made they were requesting and when I went back to get my money orders which both should have been there beings nothing was being processed my file literally had some money order receipts that were dated from 2006 and it wasn't my handwriting or information at all both t... read more

We live directly behind this apartment complex and are reaching out due to a serious and ongoing safety concern affecting our home and potentially others nearby. Over the past several days (March 19–20 around 7:30 PM, March 21 1:40pm and while we were away for the day, minors in the area behind the complex (near building 11 & 12/carport and garage area) have been throwing large rocks with significant force into neighboring properties. The speed bumps are so insane in this complex that even at a crawl you'll scrape on it. You can see deep marks in them from others attempts to go over them.

I am giving this review five stars because the management and staff. I have lived here 7 years. My apartment manager is incredibly professional. It shows in every interaction I have with her. Debra does everything she can to ensure that our community feels protected and safe. When issues arise, she quickly takes action as soon as it is brought to her attention. All of my maintenance request have been executed and completed in a timely manner. It’s a pleasure living here under her management. Totally deserving of five stars.
