I give 5 star to dentist and the dentist assistant is very calm and friendly in nature I like they way doctor treat me with care and calmly ,I highly recommend to visit there.
Our family dentist(s) since moving to delta in 2011! They have been amazing over the years and it’s a nice small clinic so you are recognized when you are there! Huge thank you to Maria (dental assistant) and Dr. Sydney for a recent dental emergency for our child! You are both superstars!
This slim lady at the reception is so rude and mean! And this is not even the first time she’s being rude on the phone. She canceled my appointment and asked me to look for another clinic because of a person that was referred by me to this clinic missed few appointments, like what does that have to do with me? I don’t see the logic. I don’t usually like writing negative reviews but she differently deserves one.
The hygienists are friendly and thorough. Dr Shacklock is superb. Front desk staff are wonderful and accommodating.
