The office scheduler was surprisingly confrontational and impolite when I called to say that the job quoted was only one of two that I discussed with the inspector. She proceeded to tell me what work I needed instead of acknowledging that the inspector and I had discussed two options. After I told her what the other option was, she acted like I had made up the whole thing. Very frustrating; rude and entitled!
