The office scheduler was surprisingly confrontational and impolite when I called to say that the job quoted was only one of two that I discussed with the inspector. She proceeded to tell me what work I needed instead of acknowledging that the inspector and I had discussed two options. After I told her what the other option was, she acted like I had made up the whole thing. Very frustrating; rude and entitled!
Great Work This company is great for Electrical Service Changes. I had my panel, meter & mast replaced and the price was right on the Estimate they gave. Very competitive.
NE Electric gave us the best service! They gave us a price and stuck to it!!! #1 We will call them again!!
