We love our home but the service afterwards is suspect. As long as your buying from them they get back to you right away but if you have a problem, you never hear from them again. If you want to build with them go ahead but if you need anything afterwards don't expect to get an answer from them.
We built our home with Nordaas in 2020. I recommend to everyone I know that is talking about building or looking at options to talk to Nordaas. The whole team is involved through the whole process and beyond. Building a house can be stressful and difficult but the team here made it so easy. We love our home! Thank you for making this process as painless as possible!

Several years ago our family entered into an agreement with Nordaas Homes our home was going to be demolished and Nordaas was going to build us a new home. We spent considerable amount of money in obtaining permits, securing a loan, getting insurance, land survey, etc. After our old house was torn down it turned out that the soil was not suitable to build a new home.
