You just lost me as a customer since 2005: Have been taking my jet ski here since 2005 for service. Stopped to drop it off Saturday for service/winterizing and was told by the "couldn't be botheredd/could care less" girl behind the desk "maintenance" was not there on Saturday. I told her no problem, just wanted to drop it off (like we have always done in the past) and was told no. The manager didn't care enough to come out of the office and talk to us. Great and timely service!
Ordered 3 simple parts for my grom. June 6th was when I ordered them in the store... The parts guy asked us if we needed help then turned and talked to his friend in a personal conversation. Called today on June 20th asking if my order was in because I had not heard from them... Was told they called and left a message on the 10th... Never once got a call or message. Staff is not friendly at all. Needless to say I won't be taking any of my business there again.
We had a great experience. Very friendly and very helpful. They have a great selection. We will definitely return. Got a great deal!!
Awesome service and good prices
We were looking for snowmobile gear for 3 kids. Show up on Saturday at 9:45a and the store is closed even though the sign says open at 9a. Still not open at 10:15 so we left. If you open at 9, open at 9. Won’t be going back.
