My card number was recently updated, and in order to set up autopay, I needed to visit the office during business hours. Today, I went in at 4:00 PM (they close at 5:00), but no one was there. I left a voicemail explaining that I needed to pay my rent and set up autopay. I received a call back 10 minutes before closing. During the call, I was told I hadn't paid rent since September, which seemed odd since I had visited the office in August to set up autopay after my previous card expired. I rented a small area temporarily. Was very clean and sealed so no rodents can enter. Can't believe how much of my stuff was chewed up by rats at 2 previous storage facilities. The lady is really nice at Nord Ave Storage. Plan to rent there again soon. .
Facility is always tidy. I always feel safe when I'm there. Staff has been wonderful for the last 10 years. Highly recommended
Good place and they just take my monthly payment off my card. Very helpful and friendly.
