Great experience at this treatment clinic for my car accident. The staff was always so friendly and helpful each visit making sure I felt comfortable and cared for. Bao did my PT for my injury and each visit with him was well worth it after each session. You will be in great hands at this location from the office staff, nurses, and doctors! Doctors visits are never fun but with this clinic every visit felt seamless and stress free. 10/10
I came to Norcross Spine Clinic for treatment and had a great experience from start to finish. Mr. Bao was incredibly helpful and friendly, and treated me like family throughout my recovery. The whole team made sure I felt comfortable and supported at every visit. I'm really grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing physical therapy.
Great staff, lovely people! I always greeted with smiles! Everyone knew my name, we joked around. Felt like family. They took care of my spine pain! Couldn’t have gone to anywhere better 10/10! Love you guys!
Even though, the doctor was unprofessional and rude by the way he talked with his patient’s. The staffs were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Bao is the best PT I’ve ever had. He is incredibly kind, caring, and attentive, and he always making sure I felt comfortable and accommodating throughout every of my PT sessions. I would still recommend this office if you’re in pain after the accident.
Hands down the kindest and most caring staff I have came across. Walking into the clinic you can automatically feel the positive energy from all the staff, they are very warm and welcoming, and always checking up and making sure I am doing well. A HUGE shoutout to the best physical therapist Bao!! He is truly an amazing person and has helped me through my healing journey a LOT!! I couldn’t have asked for a better group of staff and clinic. 5 stars just isn’t enough for them, I rate them a 10!!!!
