Avoid at all costs!! We were charged $3,576.60 for my daughter’s ambulance service for a 2.8 mile trip from Elmhurst University to Endeavor Health. Our two insurances paid all but $86. I spoke to them today and they refuse to waive the $86 balance and have sent us into collections!! This charge is beyond reasonable and so is their customer service!
