I am a first time homebuyer. I did not like my experience navigating this journey with Jonathan Torres from Norcom Mortgage. Through email and over the phone, Jonathan Torres was very unprofessional. When I finally expressed that I no longer wanted to work with him or Stephany Ospino, (AND why) he told me he was too busy to even deal with me and to go find somebody else to help me.
