After finding the van we wanted we agreed on a price with the dealer. Dealer had never disclosed that van was not yet smoged. They charged us for smog and licence fees on our sales contract. After delivery and cash payment for the van we had dropped the van off to have line x installed. The van had a bad battery that the dealer was in agreement of replacing at time of sale. I purchased my Honda Accord on 11-20-10. I was very happy with the service. Everyone I dealt with treated me with respect and kindness. Wendy Burich was the phone contact person who answered all my questions and was very helpful. Derrick Turner was the sales consultant who was very polite and courteous, took me on a test drive, answered all my questions without making me feel intimidated. Jimmy in financing was very competent and explained details clearly. The price that was given to me by USAA was honored.
