Very poor customer service. Three calls and no one has even called me back. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
Shelly was awesome! She explained things thoroughly, & was patient & kind.
Victoriya Rath was awesome. Answered all my questions, was helpful, informative and extremely nice. So glad i transferred from the other company and can now talk to local people in real time. So much more helpful than only phone contact!
