I've been working with Norco in Beaverton for a little over a year, and I really appreciate how everyone in the office takes such great care of me with my equipment needs. I've worked the most with Lisa, and she's become like a friend. If you are looking for a great company that will take care of your medical device needs and treat you like a person, Norco is the way to go.

I was unsure of wearing a CPAP or APAP. I left very comfortable and wirh all the necessary information.
I went in for a fitting as my previous mask had been discontinued. I tried on two different masks to see how comfortable they were. I made my decision & was sent home with both masks even though only one masks will work for my head gear. The mask that does NOT work I noticed on the bill I am being charge for $291.00. I was not given instructions on how to get the mask apart from the head gear so that I can sanitize it. I guess I should have asked but felt the fitting was rather a rushed demonstration. The last thing anyone really wants to do with their afternoon is sit in a class for a few hours to learn new medical equipment. However, this place was actually delightful and informative! Turns out I don't know everything and having someone walk me through the whole CPAP experience was actually incredibly helpful. I waited all of 2 minutes to be lead to the classroom.
