What a SCAM! My husband needed a walker and a cane for post knee replacement surgery. I found both items on Amazon very reasonably priced. His ortho doc put an order with Norco for the medical equipment. I called Norco and was advised they are getting it approved thru our insurance. I told them I would buy on Amazon unless our insurance covered it in full. I got a call it was approved by insurance and was ready for pickup. Hi, I visited Norco in Longview today, 7/28/2021, with an expensive walker I had purchased from this Norco Store in Longview. My walker had a cable that had come loose and I asked if they could repair it. The answer was not only NO but they told me, basically, I should look elsewhere on my own. They appeared not to have any feeling of responsibility to even direct me toward where I could get support but to look it up on my own.
