My tenant called last week letting me know that his air conditioner had stopped working. I called Norco and was able to get a same-day appointment. The service tech came on time and seemed very knowledgeable in the way he quickly assessed the problem. The capacitor had gone out and he had the part on his truck and had it fixed within about 10 minutes. The whole process was very streamlined. Excellent service. I do want my discount to be on my statements. For some reason this is not on my statements any longer and requires me to make a phone call to make sure I got that discount.
