I came in to get an estimate for a possible air compressor replacement. I was told there would be a $75 charge for a recharge if it turned out my A/C was low. After inspecting the car (which took no more than 2 minutes), the technician told me the system was actually full and didn’t need a recharge. I spent three frustrating weeks going back and forth trying to find a solution to my A/C problem—only to discover that the issue was caused by their negligence from the very beginning.
