Excellent service, great staff! well run office Would highly recomend this Doctor to anyone!
Have very pain full problem, referred to. Dr Degroot. After waiting 5 weeks for appt. Was told needed another form. Still in pain, no one was willing to to help me. I'm new to area, and don't understand, seems the poor just gets passed on here.I'm now trying to be seen by another doctor, but have 2 month wait for appointment. By the time I get help, I will have suffered a minimum 5 months. So glad I have medi-cal. What a joke. Front desk was condisending, no compassion, smile, nothing, felt like a crawling under the table.
Dr DeGroot and professional staff made skin cancer testing and removal a breeze. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Degroot is a great dr.,but his billing dept.is lacking.try calling to talk to the billing dept. and you will hear a woman talking in a language I have never heard before and then a message saying this number is no longer in service.when you go to the office like I did twice ,the billing person is not there.it is nearly impossible to talk to an actual person.
