Great guys, I bought a Onewheel XR from them. They have me a great deal, their communication and service was top notch and they even delivered it to me. WilWo not hesitate to recommend them.
I met with Bryan today. He went above and beyond to help me out. You don’t see businesses treat customers like this anymore. He does to notch quality work and didn’t try to up sell. If I could give 10/5 stars I would! Bryan has been amazing with my boat purchase. I was given his name as my local rep when I was looking for a boat which I found at a mastercraft dealer in Los Angeles. Bryan really stepped up and set up the whole deal and personally drove down (in 1 day) and picked up the boat. What a hero! Not only picked it up BUT prepped and cleaned it before 9am the next day so I could drool all over it the next morning when signing the DMV papers. Highly recommend him and his dealership in San Jose.
FYI for those Mastercraft boat owners who want an actual Mastercraft service and repair by Mastercraft this San Jose Mastercraft is not a Mastercraft dealer service center. It sells Mastercraft boats but that’s it. They use a 3rd party service location.l to perform their service. I feel like I was hoodwinked believing they were the actual Mastercraft dealer service. They didn’t know how to reset my ballasts and some other issues that I would expect to be performed by the actual service center.
