Very expensive Parts Market, service department rocked although they're also expensive but they got me right in they got the job done I feel like a dumbass for not being able to find the problem on my own! You got me rolling...
I had Papé do a few things to my truck last week and I was really impressed with the communication that is usually lacking when dealing with other truck dealers. I will be back for sure.
RV developed a random, sporadic check engine light while idling. No one would help us except for this Papé Kenworth. We showed up and the service manager (Ray? very nice guy) got some details and then asked one of his techs (Adrian) to hook up a laptop to our unit. They must have spent 20 mins trying to pull code on our late model RV and determined that it might be a sensor glitch but one that wasn't leaving a code. Gave us piece of mind to continue long drive home. Thank you Papé Kenworth.
