I had Papé do a few things to my truck last week and I was really impressed with the communication that is usually lacking when dealing with other truck dealers. I will be back for sure.
RV developed a random, sporadic check engine light while idling. No one would help us except for this Papé Kenworth. We showed up and the service manager (Ray? very nice guy) got some details and then asked one of his techs (Adrian) to hook up a laptop to our unit. They must have spent 20 mins trying to pull code on our late model RV and determined that it might be a sensor glitch but one that wasn't leaving a code. Gave us piece of mind to continue long drive home. Thank you Papé Kenworth.
With a new to us Cummins based Super C motorhome we found the CA DMV wanted a clean truck check. Not many truck repair centers have gained certification on this process. We found Papé Kenworth was able to take care of us and get us Passed ✅ and on the road in no time. The Srvice Manager was very helpful handling my phone call, Service Advisor made arrangements and walked us through while the other Service Advisor was kind by engaging in idle chat to help pass time.
