Para mi es exelente en atención y rapidez
As a dropin, I had very long wait. But Rose, the x-ray tech, was extremely efficient & personable. Overall, a good experience.
After waiting an hour on Friday to be helped they couldn't seem to read the order form the doctor, so I had to go back there today. Altogether a 3 hour wait is not exceptable. San Leandro hospital does X-rays as well and I will go there next time.
It was very clean and nice the staff was very friendly and very efficient I didn’t have a sling wait at all

People are always friendly
The technician who did my scans was very professional. He was very calm and empathetic to me as I suffer from panic and anxiety disorders and I was having a hard time. He answered all my questions very kindly and never seemed bothered. I really appreciated his bedside manner! It helped me get through it and it helped the entire experience. Their panic clicker was not working as I had clicked it a few times and we found out when they took me out for the injection to follow. I was pleasantly surprised by Nor Cal. from the front desk to the technician everyone was great. I had read some reviews that weren’t very positive so I was prepared for a negative experience, but they were absolutely wonderful. I didn’t wait long at all, I had an appt. the tech was very good. Quick and since I was having an MRI, kept in touch with me through the process. The only negative I might have is they don’t have-head phones for the noise.
