The technician who did my scans was a lady, unfortunately I can not remember her name, but she had some accent. However, she was amazing, supper nice and very gentle. She explained every step of the procedure very well. She was very professional. The girl at the front desk was very nice, too. The price I paid in competing to other places was totally acceptable. I would recommend that place 100%. Thank you NorCal!

Due to their policy, appointments cannot be made for x-rays...first come first served😞 and we need more employees in their billing department. I waited two and a half hours to get my billing confirmed. The waiting room is too small not enough chairs for everybody. The two times that I was there....it was very crowded" however, their staff was very courteous and professional. They were accommodating with the tools that were provided for them.
Great place all the workers have a good attitude..!
