I was 15 minutes early for my appointment, not called up to fill out the same paperwork that ask you to fill out each visit. Ur was 4 pm when they called me to go in, so tired of this place and there staff in the front desk area not doing their jobs. To busy talking and going on about nothing when they should be caring for the customers. Lazy and slower than a snail � Not happy with there service

Highly recommend this facility. The whole experience was so much easier than I had anticipated. The staff is so friendly and so helpful and quickly relieved many of my concerns. If it is possible for those of you who need imaging tests, to get to Norcal imaging San Leandro, I would recommend you not hesitate to do so. Claustrophobia is my enemy, however, the open MRI machine at Norcal imaging in SAN LEANDRO was a breeze. Would recommend 5 mg valium taken one hour before procedure. The noise did not bother me. see patients in a timely manor
Both receptionists are very kind and helpful. I went in for XRay Scan and it was really quick, the waiting is normal as anywhere.
Even though there were a lot of patients waiting, the front staff remained courteous and pleasant. In the past the front desk staff were very rude and unfriendly. Guess that’s why haven’t been since 2012. I was going to find another place, but never got around to it. Glad to be back!
Everyone in the front was so nice, Gaby was super helpful and so sweet!
In the past,about 10 years ago, the staff were very rude. I have found that recently they have wonderful and friendly staff. Very much different from many years ago. Thank you for the great changes.
I wont lie there was a long wait, my appt was at 12:45 and they didn't take me to the back until 2:15. However the staff was very pleasant and professional so I will be back for my next test.
