We had an excellent experience with Nor Cal Staffing for our wedding. Mike was very responsive leading up to the day of the wedding, and Ladi, the staff member assigned to us, was amazing! He helped with lots of heavy lifting unloading our U-Haul, set up umbrellas and canopies, and assisted our coordinator with any task that was needed. Our day went much more smoothly due to his help!
Terrible service! Would never use. I called to inquire about staffing an upcoming event and spoke with "Mike" (the alleged "CEO"). He was rude, combative, and immature. If he runs the company, I could only imagine how bad their workers are.
WOW! I am so glad I trusted other reviews and hired Mike and his team for my wedding. Our venue did not come with staff so we looked for a third party staff company which made me so nervous, especially as a control freak who needs everything to go smoothly. I talked to other companies in the Bay Area but after speaking with Mike, he reassured me his team knew what they were doing and that confidence always made me feel better. We had NorCal Staffing help with providing servers and a bartender for our sons graduation party. They were all spectacular...professional, friendly, proactive, engaging. I can't say enough great things about their help. We will absolutely use NorCal Staffing in the future .
Can't say enough good things!! Mike has ensured we are taken care of with our staffing needs, even with less than 24 hours' notice! The absolute best!
