RELIABLE AND EFFICIENT My Amana gas dryer stopped drying my clothes with a family of six and I called my home warranty, they sent NorCal out to repair my dryer. The girl from the office called me and scheduled right away and they sent a gentleman by the name of Lee out and he had my dryer up and running in no time. Very reliable company and I just wanted to come out and post something about them. Merry Christmas!
Kindness and Efficiency I was very impressed We had a problem with our Viking Range it would not get properly hot. So a friend recommended i call Norcal Appliance Factory Service. i usually donât write reviews but i felt that it was only proper t give feed. Positive experience and very professional I had outstanding service from this company NorCal Factory Service. 100 degrees is not very common in my area, but we had a heatwave come through and my Viking built in refer went out. I had a nice gentleman come out from NorCal Factory Service by the name of Abel and replaced parts needed to get my family and I a cold refer again. Thank you :)
EXCELLENT SERVICE TECH AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I purchased all new Whirlpool appliances for my home back in Feb and we have been very happy with all of them. On Nov 15 I called Whirlpool in a panic because my oven had quit heating and Thanksgiving was around the corner.Whirlpool gave us the number to NorCal Appliance Factory Service and we scheduled an appointment for Tues the 16th and they showed up and said a pc board or something like that was out but the good news was it was still under warranty. norcal appliance factory service Just a short note for norcal appliance factory service. This company was out to my home to work on my Thermadore built in range. We had a company A&E out to our home that tore apart our range and left it that way, norcal sent 2 men out here and put the unit back together and also rewired it in which all the wires were disconnected. These guys did a great job and I just wanted to thank them.
