Norblom provided great service! I was impressed that I got same-day service to replace an outside hose faucet. Stuart was personable, professional and efficient. I would definately recommend them for your home plumbing services!
Norblom is my go to plumber. I've used them for many years for projects in our condo and a rental condo. We've had multiple faucets and toilets installed or repaired and on my latest service call Norblom fixed a shower fixture for us. The service is easy to schedule and the plumbers are always on time, friendly and get right to work. These guys totally dropped the ball while taking $100.00 from my 90 year old Mom. They came out on 10/15/25 charged my Mom for a service call and told her to give them a call later that afternoon, for their estimate. She called three times, left messages and she never did get a call back. I went over there on Thursday the next day, she was a wreck. She didn't sleep, worrying about the leaking water heater. We experienced a serious leak in our upstairs bathroom last night. I submitted an online service request at 9:10pm. I received a call around 7:50am this morning, I called back at 8am, and Todd arrived at 9:05am. Everything was professionally dealt with by 9:55am. It is such a huge sense of relief to know there is a company you can quickly count on after a stressful night cleaning up so much water. Thank you!
