The staff at Norbeck Animal Clinic is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and interested in making our visit top notch. Although I moved further away from the clinic 1.5 years ago, the high level of care and genuine interest in my pets’ well being makes the extra drive time insignificant.
We've been taking our pets here for 20 years and seen at least 6 or 7 vets. Dr. Castellanos has always been wonderful and very helpful, but in his absence, Dr. Gonzalez and Dr. Tuthill have also been great! Dr. Gonzalez diagnosed a condition that my last vet missed that had been causing my young-ish Sheltie (7 years) to limp for longer than necessary. Love he personal they are always super with pets and people
Dr. Gonzalez treats our kitties as lovingly as if they were his own. He takes the time to listen to all of our concerns/questions, and explains procedures and findings clearly. His vet techs are also loving and gentle with our cats. And kudos to the front office staff, who manage a very busy desk with kindness and a sense of humor.
Dedicated Cat Room is a great feature. Great location and hours. Friendly staff and knowledgeable vets - all with a kind touch.
Receptionist is super pleasant, helpful and efficient. She gets me in and out very quickly. Love Dr Gonzales and think he is just the best!! I really appreciate his quick follow up after a procedure. He takes all the time needed to answer my questions and never makes me feel rushed.
I love Norbeck! Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating. The vet techs are great with the dogs. And the vets are terrific. I really feel like they care very much about the dogs (and their owner). A telling point...my dogs are never afraid to go to the vet :-)
