I normally don’t leave reviews, but after over a year dealing with this office, I feel people should know what to expect. Xóchitl is in charge of my case and communication has been extremely poor the entire time. Calls and messages go unanswered, timelines would constantly change, and we were told things that later turned out not to be true.
