The vibes were not good. The place was very messy and honestly didn’t feel proper or safe for anything except maybe basic haircuts. Nora was a bit rude and strange—she tried to offer me a job at her salon (I also work in beauty services) and immediately started telling me how I’d have to work, which was really off-putting. i wish i could give 0 stars. I went for my nails and they ruined my nails and my nails have become so thin that it keeps on burning yet they charged $50 after making me sit there for 4 hours. I don’t think they are professional. Nightmare!
I was in the area and needed to get my eyebrows threaded and decided to go to Nora’s for the reasonable pricing. It was quick and easy, staff is kind, and I got exactly what I requested!

It was my first time at Nora’s for a root touch up. Nora and Maha went above and beyond to not only touch up my roots but give my previously dry and damaged strands the nourishing treatment it needed apart from giving it a visually striking sheen. Nora’s expertise and craft is reflected in her work. She doesn’t cut corners and uses the highest quality products. For the level of work and service received in a downtown salon - it’s a gem! Thank you so much Nora - I’ll be back
