I came in for soft highlights and a simple trim, but unfortunately left with blocky, uneven highlights and noticeable hair damage—clumps were even falling out. Despite the service already being very expensive, when I expressed my concerns, Nora reacted dismissively and told me to “get used to” the result rather than offering to correct it. I walk in for haircut and they make me wait long time even I have apointment. When they start, stylist rush and pull my hair so hard. Colour come out all wrong, look orange not what I ask. I tell them but they say it look fine. Pay too much for bad job. Never go back
