I came in for soft highlights and a simple trim, but unfortunately left with blocky, uneven highlights and noticeable hair damage, clumps were even falling out. Despite the service already being very expensive, when I expressed my concerns, Nora reacted dismissively and told me to “get used to” the result rather than offering to correct it. I ultimately had to go to another salon in the same building to have the damage fixed, which cost me even more. This was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. Nora runs the place by herself, and the quality reflects that — rushed, overpriced, and careless. I paid high-end prices for a result I wouldn’t expect from a beauty school student. My hair came out so uneven and damaged that I’m too embarrassed to even post photos. It’s that bad. There’s no professionalism, no follow-up, and no effort to fix mistakes. Don’t waste your time or money here — it’s absolutely not worth it.
