Worst experience ever! I spent $179 on flowers for a funeral, and they were never delivered. When I called, the company claimed they had been delivered at 4:43pm—but my family’s Ring camera proves otherwise. Even with proof, they refused to provide flowers and insisted on doing an “investigation” first. Their customer service was awful—completely inconsiderate and unhelpful. Do NOT order from them.
The other reviews are not wrong. My experience was online. They didn't know what happened to my order and promised a refund.🤞
Company deserves zero stars. Called to verify delivery as no confirmation was provided. Couldn’t find the order, then found the order once I provided proof of payment and order number. You’re better off calling a local florist. Don’t use this service.
Horrific! I made the order was deducted over 110 usd from my card . I never received any email with a confirmation or anything . I finally called the number listed it was a lady not a formal greet “ thank you for calling Nora’s flowers “… it was like calling someonescellphone . When I asked the lady she claimed she had no order for the day and my card was not charged . Please do not order from this flower site. Delivery of roses were open and soft and they would not help in a replacement basically the product was delivered and fulfilled according to them. Terrible way to loose 100.00
