I was extremely disappointed with the service of this florist that I used for the first time. The basket I requested was Harmony and Grace which cost a total of $98. They sent a clear glass of white mixed flowers that I could have put together from my local grocery store. When I notified them that I wanted the correct order sent I was informed I would receive a refund of $30 and a copy of their policy. I informed them that this was unacceptable to no avail. Ordered flowers that were not delivered. Called a few times, they said flowers were delivered. They were not. I was told my order would be reviewed and I would hear something back. It was not. Beware.
They didn't deliver my flowers scheduled and on the following day they decided on their own to cancel the flower arrangement for someone special birthday I will never go there again I do not recommend this place
DO NOT RECOMMEND. I ordered flowers from flowers by Nora for my aunts 90th birthday. Her birthday is in December, so I picked a holiday style bouquet online but calls the local store to place the order. Worst decision ever. What she received versus what I ordered was not the same. The delivered arrangement looked like a hot mess. When I contacted them to have the arrangement redone and redelivered to my 90 yrs old aunt, they responded with giving me a $20 refund. Horrible company! They are NOT local. They outsource to locals shops in your area with limited and incorrect info for the local florist on the order. They are the TEMU version of 1800 flowers. They messed up our order and then sent me on a call to India to try and understand their customer service with an Indian guy names "steve". Steve told me to email customer service and that is the ONLY way to settle any issues one may have with their order.
