I'm really disappointed!...first of all my mom has been seeing dr. Lee for so many years. Even with an appointment wait time is more than 2 hours. Second of all dr. Lee is never takes her time to answer questions always in a rush. Please dont waste your time with this doc. My mom's prescription wasn't faxed to her pharmacy and when I called answer was nobody was there to fax the prescription. I wouldnt even give this place one star.

DR. Lee is good, but the reception really need to be regulated and improved.

Please fire the lady answering the phone and doing the reception. There is this lady on the phone (and apparently the reception help desk) that talks fast, doesn't sound helpful, and basically doesn't want to help and acts like she is super busy (you are doing reception!). I accidentally gave the wrong phone number and she said "...please call back when you get the right information..." and hung up. I had another number ready to tell her but she didn't even wait. Filipina lady at the phone desk is always rude. Service is horrible and doctor is never there. Recommend calling after 6 because there is another worker at reception.
