I drove my wife who has dementia 80 miles yesterday to an appointment. With traffic, road construction, detours, etc. we were about 10 minutes late. after waiting for 5 minutes we were finally greeted, told we were a half hour late and the Dr. was seeing his last patient and was then done for the day. They would be happy to reschedule us. I think this is HORRIBLE and completely lacks customer service and compassion.
