Drove forever in bad traffic.... Exactly 10 minutes late and my wife was turned away... Clinic was vacant.
My friend drove 1 1/2 hours for an appointment, hit terrible traffic on the way, was 10 minutes late, and they wouldn't see him. Absolutely ridiculous!! That's not who I want as my care provider!! You owe him way more than an apology!!
