Awful place! Dr Dove and Dr Chaisson don't care about you or your disorder and are simply there to collect a paycheck. I continue to have violent seizures but they wont listen or help. Please find someone who gives a s--t!
I would absolutely NOT recommend Noran to anyone who really cares about their condition and is seeking an exceptional doctor. I've had a seizure disorder my entire life and these people have shown no regard to my health and safety. I've seen Dr Chaisson and Dr Dove but neither has shown any concern for me or for anyone who could be hurt due to my seizures. I asked for a med change since my meds were no longer working, they refused to listen or accommodate
Noran Clinic seemed okay at first and I was happy with them but then after testing I have been unable to get the Neurologist to talk over my results with me. The most I can get is a few words through someone else in his office, someone who cannot answer questions. So I have the basic understanding of the diagnosis, but I do still have relevant questions that have gone unanswered. The Neuropsychologist staff seems wonderful - helpful and thorough and competent and communicative.
