If you are suffering with the labyrinth of IEPs and making sure your child obtains equal access to the programs they are entitled to, I would highly recommend Dr. Cynthia Norall. She has great knowledge of educational law. She gave my son exceptional service, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who finds themselves in a challenging situation when they must advocate for their child.
Dr. Norall is the greatest person I have met. She gets back to you very fast. She cares for her client’s children as if they were her own. She is beyond informative when it comes to what she does. I will keep her for my daughter until a she graduates high and she is in kindergarten also as long as she is in this field. Again she is great and beyond informative in what she does. And will care for your issue as if were her own.

Dr. Norall has been by our side supporting and fighting for our daughter and family’s best interests for more than 11years! She has been a wealth of knowledge and support when nobody else was. She has fought for the best placement possible and got it done. While no placement is perfect she researched several schools in order to find the best fit.
