We used to come here often and loved a lady that unfortunately we have not seen for a while so we stopped coming and returned today. We love the shape and the overall outcome. However, the ladies working on me and my partners eyebrows were really harsh, the lady that worked on my brows did keep asking if I was okay. Extremely rude and unprofessional service. My daughter was displeased with her eyebrows and went back in to have them corrected when the stylist decided to redo angrily and pulled so hard on the thread causing her eyebrows to bleed. I’m also reporting this situation. Your license doesn’t cover breaking skin!!!!! Poor customer service
