Vive LA continually ignores our maintenance requests.
The leasing management team at Vive LA have provided some of the worst support I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been trying to work with them to investigate and resolve an issue that is significantly impacting my quality of life in my apartment. At every turn, they have tried to delay, block, and flat out lie to me, in an attempt to not have to deal with this issue. No amount of greenwashing in their response to their reviews will hide the abysmal experience they seem proud of provide their residents.
Loved this property they do not have any vacant at the moment but I am on the waitlist for a future 2 bed!
