Stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. The employees were all very friendly and professional. Service was done quickly and I never had to get out of my vehicle!!! Amazing service!!! Highly recommend!!
I’ve always had a great experience with Nor-Lan Chrysler. This visit was just for an oil change, but the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. They never make me feel rushed and always take the time to ask if I have any questions or concerns about my vehicle before I leave. The worst service department I have ever dealt with in my entire life don’t come here unless you want them to break shit then make you pay for it absolutely zero accountability I came there for a simple wiring issue for the odometer of my girlfriends car waited two days then came there to pick it up then the car had zero power too it then waited 3 more days for them to call me and ask me if I wanted to pay 1200 dollars for them to change battery’s and then it still didn’t work all the while they wouldn’t admit at all that it... read more
