Hands down one of the worst service departments I've ever dealt with. Im working here in gp. Brought 2 different trucks in to get small repairs done. Both times the techs rushed through it. And didn't fix the problems. Charged me 3 grand to fix my ac. Didn't even make it 20 minutes from the shop and the ac quit. Brought another truck there to look at why my abs light was on. Charged me 700$ and its worse then before I brought it there. Don't waste your money at this stealership. Goto a shop who's techs actually take the time... read more
Misdiagnosed my truck (twice) and charged me $3300 for it to still not start. Great job, guys.
Terrible experience with service department, Brand new truck 2 month old got few dents and scratches after I dropped it off for service, when I went back to them about it , the service guy brushed it off and said we will review the camera but I am not sure if I can see how this happened and if one of my guys done it they would of said we did it , just like nothing happened and never heard back from anyone with any follow up, that just showed how they dont give a shit about people Vehicles!
