Terrible experience with the service department. I brought my brand new truck in for service at the dealership and it was only two months old. When I picked it up, I noticed a few dents and scratches that definitely weren't there before. I went back to speak with them about it, but the service advisor brushed it off like it wasn’t a big deal. Worst Dodge Ram service dept. I’ve ever dealt with in western Canada. Booked an app. for recall on 2026 Ram 2500 and left truck with them the full day on two occasions to get repaired. At the end of the day on both occasions I was told the truck had not been looked at and told to rebook. Service manager would not even come out of his office to explain why the scheduled repair on the booked app. had not been done but left it to his service clerk who had no clue to explain why the work had not been done. This company's been my go-to for 7 years, and they always knock it out of the park. It's the small stuff, like them even filling your tires for free, or giving your kids lollipops. When you're getting an oil change, if you need to pop in to use the restroom, there's free coffee and popcorn too. That always scores big with the kids, and the adults love it too. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their stuff, always going the extra mile to help you out.
