I had some noise coming from my front end. I booked in to norland in a couple days. Dropped my truck off the night before like I normally do. By 9:30am the next morning my truck was diagnosed and fixed ready for pick up. I was expecting a few days as they are so busy. Pleasantly surprised.
Vern did an excellent job in giving out the informations that I inquired since day 1 and assisting me all throughout the entire process of servicing my truck. Kudos also to the guy who gave me shuttle service when I needed one.
Absolutely love how fast and friendly the whole team is in the drive through oil change department. Their banter can turn a frown upside-down. I travel ALL OVER western canada for work and since finding these folks I've always tried to line up all my oil changes when I'm in GP, it's that good compared to all the other dealerships I've had to go to.
