We gotten right away, questions were answered, the trade in value was great, the service was top notch, and the van has been great off the hop.
I had a very pleasant experience with Norlan last week. My check engine light came on so I called to bring my truck in. My truck was in the very next day and needed a repair that was covered under warranty. I was provided a courtesy vehicle until the repair was complete. No hassles, no extra random charges, just great quick friendly service
Came in for a routine service (first time with this vehicle). Inadvertently had coolant sprayed over the engine bay, hood and windshield during the service. Both tech's made a point of being overly apologetic and went above and beyond what was required. Vehicle was taken for an engine shampoo, and exterior of the vehicle was hand washed.
