I stopped in here for parts (I did call in earlier in the day for a quote), upon arrival, the parts were ready, staff took payment nice and quickly, and I was in and out in mere minutes. The parts dept was so efficient I was able to stop by another department and say hello to some old faces. I really appreciate the experience being in and out so quickly as I was able to enjoy the transaction AND the people. Keep Rocking it team Norlan - thanks for all you guys and gals do.
I needed to get my vehicle serviced ASAP due to an error on my part. Nor-Lan was able to get me in right away, and of the both service advisors were absolutely amazing to deal with. They were friendly, and very understanding and booked me in same day. I really appreciated how accommodating and professional they were, especially when I was already feeling embarrassed about the situation. Exceptional customer service from start to finish.
Always friendly and professional service. Quick appointments and knowledgeable staff.
Great sales support and service. Convenient drive-in service bays are nice. Shuttle service was excellent
