Its very nice to know someone else has dealt with this fly by nite company. The owner " Mel" is an arrogant rude " man" We tried to set a large purchase with him but thankfully he would not quote on our project. His loss =10 new homes. We would not purchase an outhouse from "Mel" / Norfab. Buyer beware.
While the product appears to be good quality the service and customer relations are the poorest I've ever encountered. The main contact" Mel" is rude and insulting. Thru research we have found the quoted price often does not include everything ordered. In short DO NOT deal with these people. The dealer in The Soo is extremely helpful and above all honest. Well worth the call. Paul at RSG homes is the best salesman we have found in the industry. Open HONEST and caring about getting what the customer wants. No BS
