I've been an AT&T customer for about five years - I came into this location to get an upgrade and the person helping me (or you know, not helping me) was rude and couldn't take the time to properly explain their new contract plans even though I was the only customer there. Needless to say, the carrier across the street totally hooked me up with great customer service - even though I had no intention of going to a different carrier. Way to go, rude girl.
