Vic has been amazing with helping me unpack a lot of my behaviors and understand how to move past the things that no longer serve me in my life today. He is patient, understanding, direct and emphasizes a holistic approach to healing from trauma. I would highly recommend Vic to any of my friends or family who want to get started on their healing journeys.
Working with Victor over the past year has been wonderful. We have worked on many things and continue to uncover many other areas. He is kind, thoughtful, and compassionate - all of what I value in working with someone. After trying to find the right fit and changing therapists, I found Victor and have stayed with him and will continue :)
I’ve been working with Victor for about six months now and the experience has been more than beneficial. I’d dabbled in talk therapy in the past I wanted to revisit after a bout of feeling off. So far, I’ve been able to explore my past, step into myself further, and release emotions with EMDR. Victor is an inviting and empowering trauma-informed provider and I look forward to continuing to work with him.
Highly recommend working with Victor. He is trained in a variety of different modalities, especially related to trauma. He has a great deal of life experiences from which to draw upon and make relevant points that help in the therapeutic process. Victor’s communication about appts or admin is excellent and very prompt.
Victor is experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled therapist. He is able to guide his patients through challenging topics with kindness and empathy. Victor has gone above the norm to provide materials and resources as well. I would definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a trauma-informed therapist.
